Tell us about your business; how successful is it and why is it unique?


WordSearchCollege is an educational gaming company. We educate college and continuing adult students through puzzle games.

Our products are puzzle books, and interactive educational video game software. We have also introduced a new concept of MMO or MMOG (Massively Multiplayer Online Game) which would be registered as a national product. The MMO games will allow users to not only have fun learning but they can compete with other users anytime anywhere via computer or mobile devices. The users of the MMO games can keep a track of their scores which can be shared, through "feeds or qr-codes" to their social networks, which will display their achievements.

How is your business involved with the community you serve?

The community I am from education is a top priority beside academic sports. Our books or programs we design allows students no matter what academic level they are to continue learning new words, and keep current with their studies.

What would a $250k grant mean to your business plan and how will you utilize the funds to ensure long-term growth and stability?

The $250,000 grant would be a great power of help towards getting our software and books pushed faster into the general public. We would be able to create our educational software on many devices and platforms ex: (Mac, PC, iPhone, Android, and Tablets). Creating new exciting levels of puzzles for all top majors courses Ex:(Psychology, Law, Nursing, Math, Spanish, and Real Estate,...), helping these students and many others stay current with their majors learning new words and older ones (older words meaning - roots words).

What types of challenges can you identify with your plan and how will you overcome them?

WordSearchCollege must be able to reach most of the majors, and allow each student to have compelling challenges that stimulate their ability to retain new words that our puzzle game users can use in their major courses. The MMO gaming software also needs to be compatible across most popular mobile platforms and not lose the feel and quality of the educational video game.

Describe the talent on your team and how they make your business successful.

Everyone who is involved with the company are professional in their own fields, their work or college experiences and different ideas help keeps the company active and current when facing everyday problems students have. Each member has a story to tell and share their ideas which help fuel solutions to creating new and different ideas for the company’s success in the educational gaming industry. The questions are how to make games fun and learn-able? The company also must figure out how to engage our target market to match our products success as an educational gaming business.

WordSearchCollege MMO online games will soon allow students to communicate in most major languages globally and in real time. The added feature is a huge step in helping students national and internationally, learns different eastern and western solutions and ideas.
